My dad tells me that… at the age of around 7, I was the kid who the other kids came to ask for help when their bike chains slipped off or when the bike seat needed to be raised. 30 years later, I find myself still doing the same – not fixing bikes of course, but helping other professionals achieve their objectives.
In my capacity as a sales professional, I help senior executives of other companies address their organisational challenges and achieve their business objectives through innovative use of software solutions.
In 2013, after having spent ten years in various sales and business development roles, I decided to take a career break in order to spend more time with my two young sons before they started full time school. In order to stay close to the selling profession, I invested my spare time in creating an online sales training course. As a result of this course, to date I have managed to network with and help hundreds of other sales professionals from around the world.
The most interesting thing about ‘selling’ and ‘teaching how to sell’ at the same time, is that it not only helps me continuously sharpen my own sales strategies and tactics, but my students enjoy the no-fluff approach to sales training that is filled with practical and real life applications.
